Thank you for choosing our courses and events. We strive to provide you with the best learning and event experiences. Please carefully review our refund and rescheduling policy below.

1. In-Person Courses:

  • We do not offer refunds for in-person courses. However, we are happy to assist you with rescheduling your course to another date or location. Please contact us if you need to make any changes, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

2. Online Courses:

  • Due to the nature of our online courses, we do not offer refunds once the course has been accessed by the user. We recommend reviewing the course details before purchase to ensure it meets your expectations.

2. Conferences and Community Events:

  • Tickets for conferences and community events are transferable to another date or event. If you are unable to attend, please reach out to us in advance to discuss transferring your ticket.

Cancelation & Refund Policy

We have a no-cancellation policy for all our in-person training courses. Refunds cannot be issued once a ticket is purchased, but we are happy to reschedule your enrollment for a future offering of the same course (Comprehensive Course for Beginners, Advanced Training course, or PDO Threads training) subject to availability.

Rescheduling

You are welcome to reschedule your enrollment for the Comprehensive Course for Beginners, Advanced Training course, and PDO Threads training. To reschedule, please call us at 435-319-7010 or email us at contactus@learninjectables.com at least one week prior to your scheduled course date.
