Cannula Training

Cannulas are an injector’s secret weapon! Cannulas are designed to provide excellent results with less bruising, swelling, pain and other more serious complications (such as ischemia and possible necrosis) than conventional needles. They are quite effective and safe for dermal filler placement over a large area from a single entry point, resulting in greater patient satisfaction.

The course is broken up into 60 minutes of didactic theory and 3 hours of hands on experience on live models. Participants should have a minimum of 1-year, full-time injecting experience and have taken an advanced injectables course before taking this training.

Specific treatment areas include malar and mid-cheek regions, nasolabial folds, jowls, chin, lips, temples and tear troughs.
