The secret to affordable Botox® and Dermal Fillers treatments is coming to one of MAAI’s training courses and allowing our medical professional participants to perform medical aesthetic treatments for you at a fraction of the normal cost. Our participants are trained intensively and closely observed during your treatment. We pride ourselves in safe and aesthetically pleasing results. All product used for your treatment comes directly from the pharmaceutical company so you can trust you are getting the best quality product. Please keep in mind that this is model appointment, we appreciate you allowing our participants to gain valuable hands on experience. While every effort is made to keep on schedule, our participants are learning new techniques and seeing most models for the first time. This can result in unforeseen delays. We thank you in advance for your patience.

Your $100 registration fee is applied to your services. Neuromodulators/wrinkle relaxers are available at a service fee of $7 per unit. Dermal fillers such as Belotero and Versa are available by the half or full syringe. Service fees for fillers begin at $150 (half syringe) and $275 (full syringe).

After your registration is accepted, you will be emailed the location and any other additional information needed for your appointment.

Your registration is not eligible for refund if cancellation notice is not given by the Monday before your appointment. Regardless of when you cancel, a 10% processing fee will be kept on any refund. We are constantly striving to provide the highest quality training’s to our students, and that quality is lowered when we do not have enough models. Our models are so important to us, thank you!
